Our story
Sploria began as a boutique concierge service, planning trips for friends who wanted more than a booking confirmation. Word spread, and what started with a handful of homes in Cartagena grew into a network of villa partners, yacht fleets and local experts.
Today we plan trips from start to finish: the right home, the right boat, the right table, and the people who make it all run smoothly, so every stay feels as good as the place itself.

Mariana Páez Founder & CEO
Mariana founded Sploria in Cartagena on a simple belief: true luxury is feeling completely cared for. What began with her own network of trusted homeowners has grown into a team of owners, captains, chefs and local experts across Cartagena and Miami.
Today she leads Sploria's teams in both cities, personally shaping the standard every villa, yacht and experience has to meet.
